There is a new wave of hunger sweeping across the peoples of the earth. It is a similar shift to one I sensed years ago but this has more components of hunger, dissatisfaction with the miracle less ways of churchianity and need for more connection with supernatural and God. That can go several ways as devils can use it to manipulate humans as well. Wherever sons are operating they always trump everything else.
Resting from our works and involvement with His works is the overall key and foundation for effective sonship.
There have been waves of hunger over the years but this one that has coincided with Covid is more intense and Christians seem more determined to find what they are hungry for. Even desperate for. Some are being obedient to change even though they love and miss what they are leaving.
We are in a time (July 2022) Where the old guard is being removed along with those who have been interfering with the spiritual growth of His Family. Those who stay young in Christ by living in continual yieldedness to Jesus will sense the shift and move with Dad as He changes what He is doing and withdraws from forms of church that He no longer tolerates. Those who will not let go their pet beliefs to yield fully to Jesus Life will be removed or side-lined into bundles of “dead wood”. This is both sobering and exciting.
We are entering times we knew were coming, we knew were needed, but we hoped many leaders would awake before this happened. In the visions of 2001 I saw a cleansing fire coming into religious church but also that house based Kingdom groups must be in place first. There have been many groups that have formed over the Covid period across New Zealand but is it enough? I believe I am hearing that there is a lot of work to do to help these groups to function in ways that are sustainable and don’t burn leaders out.
Resting in Jesus while working hard is the key to operating as a Son in all of this. As we live in yieldedness to Jesus, our Father is with us and all of heaven is cheering us on. Being young in Christ does not mean being inexperienced. We tend to look at the energy of youth to bring new moves, however the inexperience of youth sets up for manipulation and subtle control. As we mature ones stay young at heart in Him and move with what we see our Father doing, speaking out of what He is saying to us, we rest in His works and stop striving for our own.
The world around us is growing darker yet His light through us is shining brighter. Matthew 7:21 is simple truth of how it is in the Kingdom. If we want His Kingdom we align ourselves with Jesus teachings in the power of His Life welling up on the inside. It is a choice that He empowers because there is not a lot of strength in us to live Kingdom lives. We are set free in His life from having to strive to be Kingdom people. All we need do is live after the Spirit and we naturally flow with Kingdom living. Prayerfully read Jesus teachings again and be ready to teach them as he commanded in Matthew 28.
5 levels of repentance
1) doing my thing my way
2) doing my thing according to His ways
3) doing His thing my way
4) doing His thing according to my perception of His ways
5) doing His thing as He shows to. John 5:19
Those who do the will of our Father enter the Kingdom Matthew7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord! Lord! shall enter the kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven. Do not be heavy with this. Yes it is a wake up call to anyone who has been coasting from day to day more involved with their way of life than with making time to seek and sense what our Father’s will is.
There is room for Grace in this and must be as there will be mistakes made along the way. How do we determine His will? In part that is governed by hearing His thoughts, promptings and leadings. The rest is laid down in Jesus teaching. Jesus teaching is clear and unmistakeable. For those who wish to live as sons with our Father those teachings are not optional and can be lived by His power and Grace. Live after the spirit to flow there naturally.
As we live in yieldedness to Jesus, our Father is with us and all of Heaven is cheering us on
