I had just finished having communion with Father God, and He gave me this vision.

I saw a huge wave moving along.  At the bottom of the wave the water colour was green brackish colour.  There were people swimming in it oblivious to what was around them.  The top of the wave was a beautiful blue and white colouration.  This wave represents the new move of God that is upon us.

On top of the wave was a surf board, with the name “Intimacy” written on it.  Above the board, were the words Righteousness, Holiness and Purity.  The only way to ride this wave is by pursuing intimacy with our Father, out of which comes righteousness, holiness and purity in all our ways. 

As there was no ladder visible, I believe our Father was asking us (never telling us) to “step up” into the fullness of what He has for us.  It is a personal decision to do this.  He is calling His body into “Intimacy” and this means time spent in the “quiet place”.

It is also I believe the beginning of the Lord coming for His pure and spotless Bride, the time of which we don’t know, but He is asking us to look at the signs of the times.  I believe it is closer than we can imagine.

Proverbs 3:32 says “but He is intimate with the righteous”

Intimacy

Time spent with the Lord, opening our hearts to Him, seeking His face, humbling ourselves.  2 Chronicles 7:14.  “if My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." This is about humbling our selves before Him not asking forgiveness for sin.  In that way it is also about seeking intimacy.  Psalm 46:10 reads “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the land.”   A key to being intimate with Him is spending quality time with Him, putting aside all other priorities, making Him the complete focus of that time.  Our Father is a gentleman and won’t invade your space unless you give Him full permission.

He is wooing His church.  God is Love.  He loves us so much.  In John 10:27 we read “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me” .  The word “know” in the Greek is intimacy.  Like the deep intimacy between husband and wife.
So it reads “My sheep hear My voice, and I am intimate with them, and they follow Me”.
He wants to be intimate with us, NOW, the creator of the universe and those He calls righteous.

Hence the vision, and the call to “step up”.  Grab hold of the staff of authority, and the relationship He wants with every single one of us.  Luke 19:10 tells us that “the Son of man has come to seek and to save that which was lost”.  What a privilege to hear that, but we are cautioned in Isaiah 55:6 “Seek the Lord, while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near” .

Please don’t ever take Him for granted.  This is a serious call to His body.
